Walking Fitness is a new kind of exercise: It works in principle like Nordic Walking, but without poles and with integrated fitness exercises.
FIT WITH WALKING FITNESS
Start Friday with Walking Fitness - a round of walking (without poles) with various fitness exercises. The perfect start to the last working day of the week.
The training takes place weekly on Fridays at 7.30 am and lasts one hour.
The training is just right for you if you want to start the day actively and in a motivated group.
We walk at different paces and in between we incorporate various fitness exercises.
The course unit lasts 60 minutes.
